An eating window is the hours you eat.
The rest of the day is the fasting window. Noon to 8pm is an 8-hour eating window and a 16-hour fast — the schedule people call 16:8. This page only lines the hours up on a clock. It doesn’t say what those hours do to your body.
Eating 12:00 pm–8:00 pm (8 hours). Fasting 8:00 pm–12:00 pm (16 hours). That's a 16:8 schedule: 16 hours fasting, 8 hours eating.

The names on the chips are fasting hours, then eating hours. 16:8 means 16 hours fasting and an 8-hour eating window. This clock is 16:8.
Nothing here is sent anywhere. The clock runs in your browser, and closing the page forgets it unless you copied the link.
This is a clock, not advice. If a clinician has told you when to eat, follow that.
